TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL POLICY

Days start at 15pm (Check-In). Daily rates expire at 12:00 pm (Check-Out). The hotel offers Wifi Internet in common areas and apartments. Please pay attention to the reservation's food regime. The hotel offers free nights for two children up to 12 years old, as long as they are accompanied by two paying adults in the same accommodation. We remind you that all reservations must have a payment guarantee.


Rates valid for individual reservations and groups of up to 5 (five) apartments. Rates for larger groups or for event periods, please request a specific quote.

CANCELLATION

Reservations for the periods from April to June and from August to December 20th may be cancelled up to 7 days before check-in free of charge. After this period, a fine of 1 night's stay will be charged. Reservations for the periods of February, March, July and long weekends may be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before check-in. After this period, a fine of 1 night's stay will be charged. Reservations for the periods of January, Carnival and Easter may be cancelled up to 21 days before check-in. After this period, a fine of 50% of the reservation value will be charged, limited to 4 nights. Reservations for the New Year's Eve period may be cancelled up to 30 days before check-in free of charge. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days before check-in will incur a fine of 50% of the daily rate. Cancellations outside this period will incur a fine of 100% of the reservation value. Except for reservations confirmed with the Non-Refundable rate, which does not allow changes or cancellations, in which case the charge will be 100% of the daily rate at the time of booking.

PAYMENT

Reservations must be paid by credit card, as stated at the time of confirmation. Reservations from R$300.00 may be paid in up to 6 interest-free installments. THE HOTEL WILL ONLY ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS FROM GUESTS. PAYMENT AT THE HOTEL RECEPTION WILL ONLY BE MADE WITH THE PHYSICAL CREDIT CARD WITH THE CARD HOLDER PRESENT.

ACCOMMODATION OF MINORS

Every minor must present an official identification document. If you are not accompanied by your parents, you must have the corresponding judicial authorization, as provided for in Law No. 12,038, of the Child and Adolescent Statute.
