Thinking about your health and safety, as well as that of our employees, we have created a series of best practices to ensure that your stay at Vivá is as pleasant and safe as possible. We adapt our routines according to the new health protocols, but we don't leave aside our sincere smile on our face and our warm welcome. After all, this is part of the identity of Vivá Porto de Galinhas Resort. All measures adopted were developed with the technical advice of a consultancy specializing in risks, standardization, safety and certification of management systems and are in line with the regulations of the World Health Organization (WHO). GENERAL ORIENTATIONS

USE OF MASKS

With the easing of the health protocols adopted during the most critical periods of the pandemic, wearing a mask on the hotel premises became optional. You can walk around Vivá showing how happy you are to be here, just as you can see the smiles on our employees' faces. However, if you have any flu-like symptoms, we recommend that you use the mask and seek guidance on testing.

HAND HYGIENE

We recommend washing your hands with soap and water, regardless of the use of alcohol gel. Gel alcohol dispensers will be available in strategic places, such as reception, restaurants and elevators.

PROCEDURES WITH GUESTS WHO HAVE HEALTH PROBLEMS

Our policy is to provide assistance to the guest in the best possible way, directing the public health system in the region (UPA and Municipal Hospital) or private, according to the guest's option.

TECHNOLOGY

For greater convenience and in order to minimize the use of paper at the Resort, you can access all information about services, programs, menus and appointments through the EasyTrip application. The application is compatible with Android and iOS, download it and enjoy the facilities.

CHECK-IN

Online Check-in is the best option if you want to save time and minimize your stay at the reception. You can access our check-in through the EasyTrip app or on the Vivá website.


COMMON AREAS

CLEANING

For your safety, we have intensified hygiene and disinfection throughout the Resort, especially in common areas and areas with greater traffic and use by guests and employees.

POOLS

Our pools operate at regular hours and with treatment monitoring, aiming to maintain a clean and healthy environment. You can enjoy it with the peace of mind of knowing that we are taking care of everything.


APARTMENTS

STOWAGE

The cleaning and tidying up of your apartment is carried out daily in accordance with ANVISA health standards and following WHO recommendations. We use products that guarantee the complete disinfection of environments. One of the amenities we offer is the fact that you can choose how often your apartment is cleaned, and even choose not to clean it. If you decide you don't want your room to be cleaned, you will receive a clean and sanitized trousseau to make the change. Every day you are entitled to a beach towel. This towel is received in the apartment, at the time of housekeeping. It is worth remembering that each guest of an accommodation receives one (01) towel.


RESTAURANTS

A LA CARTE SERVICE AND ROOM SERVICE

Timoneiro, our a la carte restaurant, is working normally. However, if you choose to have meals in the apartment, you can count on an individualized Room Service operation.

BEACH SERVICE

Enjoy your feet in the sand and the feeling of the sun on your skin with all the comfort that Vivá offers. Our beach service is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm.

EXCLUSIVE GAZEBO

Did you know that we have gazebos for meals at special times? The exclusive gazebo, whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner, can be hired with prior reservation. During the meal, we assign a waiter to dedicate himself only to you and the person accompanying you.


CHILDREN

BABY COPA

Does it come with your baby? So enjoy our Baby Cup. The use of the space is carried out via electronic access control. Guests with children from 0 to 5 years old can request a card that gives access to the place, allowing them to prepare and heat their children's meals. The Baby Cup is cleaned periodically.


WELL-BEING

SPA

Are you going to take advantage of the extra services and have a massage? The guest can schedule massages in advance and the entire team will use the necessary PPE to ensure the well-being and safety of all.


OTHER SERVICES

WASHING MACHINE

There will be a laundry service at specific and reduced hours, following a new process for transporting and washing clothes, using products that guarantee complete disinfection.
