Vivá: relaxing massage with moderate to intense touch, where energy is exchanged through sliding, friction, kneading and digital pressure techniques. It works the circulatory, lymphatic, nervous and energetic systems, providing body and mental relaxation. Pressure points in the cervical region, hands, feet and calf stretches.

Equilibrium: relaxing massage, applied with a light touch. Made to stimulate the production of hormones, such as serotonin and oxytocin, responsible for relaxation and well-being. Improves mood and counteracts tiredness.

With Hot Stones: relaxing massage with a gentle touch, using basalt stones, heated throughout the body. Promotes muscle relaxation, relieves stress accumulated during the rush of the day, bringing a feeling of well-being.

AESTHETIC MASSAGES

Modelarte: Massage done with strong and deep manual movements. Reorganizes the fat layers, promoting a more beautiful body contour, in the two nearby areas worked during the session. Improves vascular and peripheral circulation and local metabolism, eliminating toxins. Note: The guest will choose 2 areas close to the body to receive the modeling massage.

Slim: Massage performed with gentle movements, with low intensity and a constant rhythm. Its objective is to encourage the drainage of lymph through the lymphatic system. We use creams, natural oils and essential oils that enhance the lymphatic drainage process.

THERAPIES

Back Therapeutic Massage: Massage performed with stretching, intense pressure on trigger points, as well as deep slides with the aim of achieving the necessary myofacial and neural release. At this point, there is gentle touch for neural release. Improves oxygenation, blood circulation in muscles and muscle pain. Helps remove the accumulation of metabolic waste, promoting a feeling of well-being and pain relief.

Cupping: Natural therapy, where we use cups to improve blood circulation in the back region. Promotes relief from muscle pain, kitten stitches, contractures, as well as relaxing and calming the body and mind.

Therapeutic baths with herbs, infusion, 100% natural, vegan oils and essential oils.

Relax: Relaxing therapeutic bath, with application of 100% natural oils to your skin. Afterwards, you will immerse yourself in medicinal herbs, providing wonderful feelings of relaxation.

Perfuse: Hydration and relaxation for you. While you relax, we nourish your skin by applying turmeric cream, essential oil and 100% natural oils. Then, immerse yourself in the ofuro bath surrounded by herbs and natural oils.

Femini: Especially aimed at the feminine, being a true immersion in nature. Offering health, softness and nutrition to the skin. We use 100% natural and organic herbs and oils.
