1. WHAT IS LGPD AND WHAT IS IT FOR?

2. WHAT ARE THE DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS?

The data subject has full rights over their data, and can therefore request the controller, at any time, to anonymize, block or delete the data, provided that it is considered unnecessary or does not meet the purpose of collection.

3. HOW DO I REQUEST THE DELETION OF MY DATA?

Every company that processes personal data must have a channel for data subjects to request deletion. To request deletion from our company, you must send an email to privacidade@vivaportodegalinhas.com.br or fill out the form by clicking here. We will have 15 days to complete the deletion. Please note that by law there is some information that can only be deleted after 5 years (according to Art. 26 of Law 11.771/2008 and §2 of Ordinance No. 177/2011 of the Ministry of Tourism).
